We finally brought back our 2022 Watermelon Business Challenge Award winning sauce! The local chamber of commerce held a contest to see who could make the best value added product from locally grown watermelons. My Waterbellon and Cayennermelon were voted best products! Uniquely spicy, tangy, and watermelon all at the same time. I’m guessing you’ve never had anything like it! Try it on deviled eggs, seafood, and pasta and fruit salads! Ingredients: Black Diamond Watermelon from Mouzin Bros Farm, Fermented Cayenne Peppers, Sea Salt, Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice, Garlic, Xanthan Gum.
