Hodgepodge- A confused Mixture. This unique sauce was created out of desperation! The chili peppers for this, and all of my sauces are Indiana Grown outdoors. With the limited grow season we have, there are always lots of pods that just aren’t going to have long enough to fully ripen. This sauce is a mixture of those pods harvested days before the first frost (around November.) Over 20 varieties of chili peppers naturally fermented! This sauce took 2nd place in the hot/extra hot category of the CAPS awards!
