


Poblano Fermented Sauce
This sauce was born when a friend had some Poblanos going to waste in their garden years ago. Not wanting to see that happen, we thought we’d try creating our first ever mild sauce! Overwhelming sales proved to us that there is a market for mild sauces, so it continues to be a staple in our lineup! Ingredients: Fermented Poblano Peppers, Water, Sea Salt, <1% Xanthan Gum.
The current batch is more brown in color than the picture shown. It had more red poblano peppers mixed in, which made the sauce turn brown, but still delicious!
Great on Burgers, Hot Dogs, on tacos and in Bloody Mary’s to add extra FLAVOR!
