This is a fruit based BBQ sauce that is Sweet, and thick! It’s the same recipe as the two time award winning Mild BBQ sauce with chili peppers added for some spiciness. The base for the sauce is actually Knox County Indiana Grown Watermelon from Mouzin Brothers Farms! It has a little kick, but nothing too spicy. It would be a Butt Warmer in the sauce lineup. Ingredients: Watermelon, Brown Sugar, Tomato Paste (Roma Tomatoes, Citric Acid), Vinegar, Sea Salt, Fermented Cayenne Peppers, Peppercorns. Comes in an 8oz glass bottle.
