Yes, this is a Fermented Coffee Hot Sauce! We’ve made many different types of this sauce in the past. This sauce is balanced pretty well, so lots of different flavor notes come through. Ingredients- Malawi Piquant chili peppers, water, vinegar, carrots, Java Jo’s Espresso Beans, white onion, brown sugar, garlic, organic cacao, xanthan gum, nutmeg.
This sauce is great for marinating meats, on eggs, breakfast burritos, and avocado toast, and we even have people that put it in their coffee and hot chocolate!
